Locally owned and operated, TAVERN ON SOUTH is a casual, yet sophisticated restaurant and bar located in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium and just a short walk from Victory Field as well as the Convention Center and downtown business district. Our menu is focused on seasonally inspired selections utilizing fresh, quality ingredients and presenting them in a way that excites the senses. Our well stocked bars that also feature regional craft beers on draft makes TAVERN ON SOUTH a favorite spot to meet friends for a refreshing beverage. Our two-story, brick building built in 1910 features a warm, inviting interior that includes a bar and outdoor dining on both levels. The 60-seat second level deck that looks out to the downtown skyline is the best seat in Indy and perfect for catching some sun over the lunch hour or dining with your friends on a beautiful Indiana evening. Plus, we have plenty of complimentary on-site parking!!!
